Antartica
This could be your next unforgettable destination
It might seem like an unusual choice, but Antarctica has all of the essential ingredients to make for an unforgettable LGBTQ+ friendly family holiday. The most common way of reaching this isolated (and beautiful) continent is via boat, where you’ll be on the lookout for albatross, prions, petrels, whales and dolphins.
On land, there are plenty of hiking opportunities, with cruises often taking in the South Georgia Islands and the South Shetland Islands – although an Antarctic hike might sound daunting, there are plenty of options that only require a reasonable level of fitness. It’s worth bearing in mind that due to the nature of these types of holidays, they aren’t suitable for all ages and some companies implement a minimum age requirement. Give us a call so we can chat through your options.
